Located on a parcel of land owned by St. Paul’s Cathedral in the Bankers Hill neighborhood, this ​ground-up project preserves the historic architecture of the Cathedral below while adding ​modernized and expanded space above, offering breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay, Balboa ​Park, Point Loma, and the Pacific Ocean. Spanning 300,000 square feet across 20 floors, the project ​also features a striking entry experience with a custom-designed art installation. This installation ​showcases hundreds of seemingly fluttering hand-cut metal mesh butterflies, created in collaboration ​with local artist Saree Silverman. The rooftop Sky Lounge and pool area offer dramatic 270-degree ​views of San Diego, overlooking the treetops of Balboa Park.
