lilia apartment building tower in Waikiki Hawaii inspired by queen emma and her love for the lilia flower. lush pool deck resort

Named after Queen Emma’s favorite flower, Lilia was designed to embrace and reflect the beauty of Oahu. Drawing inspiration from its unique island locale, Lilia exudes an air of refined hospitality living that artfully captures the graciousness of the aloha spirit. This vibrant mixed-use development is situated at the heart of Oahu’s most well-known destination for retail, lodging, dining, and commercial entertainment. Lilia stands as the first Class-A rental high-rise built in Waikiki in over 20 years, comprising a thoughtful collection of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, along with over 40,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail, including a full-service grocery store. Jules Wilson Design Studio also crafted the verdant and site-specific landscape design for the entire project, from the luxurious amenity deck to the lush tropical garden inspired by the 100-year-old banyan tree original to the site, enveloping the courtyard in its dynamic and ever-moving shadow.
