Set just outside the Las Vegas scene, we’ve blended the desert landscape of ​Southern Nevada with mid-century modern design influenced by John Lautner, ​alongside elements directly inspired by the 1968 film ‘2001: A Space Odyssey.’ ​Interior spaces showcase custom, furniture and strategic lighting to highlight ​architectural details. A motif was design for the project and integrated into ​everything from wayfinding, to architectural screens, to the shape of the pool and ​spa. Uncommons delivers on its promise of a unique living experience, merging ​historic design elements with contemporary living.
