Formerly the residence of local architect Frederick Liebhardt and his designer
wife, Marianne this home is now inhabited by Jules, her partner Paul Basile, and
their energetic puppy Noble. Following Liebhardts’ apprenticeship with Frank
Lloyd Wright, the residence at Carrizo was designed and built in the style of
Usonian Architecture. Since then, Paul and Jules have had the home restored and
historically designated for its architecture.
